◍ 세경고등학교의 건학이념은 ‘기독교 정신을 바탕으로 하나님을 사랑하며 나라에 충성하고 봉사할 수 있는 성실한 한국인 육성’입니다.
세경(世景)은 ‘세상의 빛’이라는 기독교 학교의 정체성을 나타낸 것이며 동시에 세상의 빛과 희망이 되는 학교를 만들겠다는 세경 공동체의 의지를 담고 있습니다.
53년을 맞은 세경고등학교는 대한민국 인성교육 최우수 모델학교, 대한민국 좋은 학교, 대한민국 행복학교, 고교학점제 선도학교, 혁신학교, 경기도형 도제학교, 미래학교 등 미래교육을 선도하고 있습니다.
